Entry Limit:  6 individual events total - 5 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday plus 2 team relays.  The 1650 will be limited to the first 72 online entries, no waiting list.  The 400 IM is limited to the first 48 online entries, no waiting list.
 
Fees:

• Meet Entry Fee:  $50.00 Flat Fee (including relay-only swimmers; up to 6 individual events included)
• Team Relays will cost $5 per relay
• Note: If paying by credit card, your credit card statement will reflect a charge from "SWEDISH FISH NFP."

Online Registration Only:

• FINAL DEADLINE:  5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
• No mail, phone, or email entries accepted
• No deck entries accepted!

Eligibility:  Must be over 18 years of age and have proof of a current USMS 2023 registration. In accordance with USMS rules, current USMS registration information is required for registration.  The online meet registration process will automatically confirm your USMS membership status.

Events: The 1650 will be offered on Sunday. Come get a valid time for State!

Check-in:  There will be no meet check in.  USMS membership confirmed through online registration.

Seeding:  All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest regardless of age or gender and based on all valid entries as of the registration deadline.  

Awards:  Trophies will be given to the top three scoring teams. 

Location: Loyola Academy, 1100 Laramie Avenue Wilmette, IL 60091.  Parking for 200 cars adjacent to the pool entrance, next to the football stadium.

Facility:  8 lane 25 yard competition course with 5 lanes of warm up and cool down available for the duration of the meet.  Pool has flow through gutters with Colorado Gen 7 timing system with matrix display scoreboard.  There is ample deck space for approx. 400 swimmers.  Bring your own folding chairs.  Although relatively new, this pool has become the annual host facility for the girls and boys Catholic League Conference Swimming and Diving Championships.

Safety Plan: Feet first entry (no diving) during warm ups and breaks when pool is open.  Diving is only permitted with authorization from the official and is only to be done at the end of the warm up sessions and in designated lanes.  One way swimming only when blocks are in use.  Pertaining to COVID 19 we will follow, at a minimum, recommended guidelines from the USMS website and laws of the State of Illinois.  We will also adhere to any restrictions set by Loyola Academy pertaining to masks or other requirements.
 
Timing: Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, and USMS National Records. 

If you are attempting to set a record, you must check-in at the timing table when the doors open on the day of the event in which you are attempting to set a record.

Relays:  All relays must be Mixed (teams consisting of two men and two women).

Breaks: There will be a 10 minute break after Event 1.  Event 2 will begin no sooner than 8:30 am.   There will be a 5 minute break after event 3 and event 8 for relay preparation.
