Description
A one day swim at Busbey Natatorium, Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday, March 27, 2022. The pool will be a 10 lane, 25 yard pool with anti-turbulent lane lines with automatic timing and digital read out board. The lanes are 7 feet wide with depths between 12 to 16.5 feet. Other areas of the pool will be available for warm-ups and warm-downs. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. Times may be submitted for USMS records and USMS Top 10 times.
The swim meet will consist of two sessions. The first session starts at 8:30 a.m. and consists of event 1, a 1,650 yard freestyle event and event 2, a 1,000 yard freestyle event. Both events are limited to two heats with a total of 20 swimmers for each event. Swimmers entering event 1, will have their splits entered in event 2 automatically. There are no deck entries for event 1 and 2. Events 1 and 2 will be seeded on a first received basis.
The second session will start about 11:00 a.m. and will consist of 18 events. Swimmers are limited to 6 individual events. Age of competitors on March 27, 2022 will determine age group. Events will be seeded from fast to slow regardless of gender.
