POOL: Ned Baumer Aquatic Center (adjacent to San Diego City College – Miramar Campus), Outdoor pool, 25M x 25Y, 6-13' deep, 10440 Black Mountain Rd, San Diego, CA 92126, http://www.sandiego.gov/park-and-recreation/aquatics/nedbaumer.shtml. FROM THE NORTH: Take I-5 south to Highway 78 east to I-15 south. Exit right onto Carroll Canyon Rd. FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-15 north, exit left onto Carroll Canyon Rd. Travel 0.5 mi and turn right (north) at Black Mountain Rd. Pass Gold Coast Dr. Travel another 0.2 mi and turn right into 2nd driveway on the right (on the north side of Hourglass Field). Turn right at roadway between Ned Baumer Aquatic Center and Hourglass Field and park along road or in the Recreation Center Parking lot south of the Aquatic Center. Two-Hour Parking is not enforced on weekends. Note: DO NOT use the Miramar College Main Entrance and DO NOT park in Miramar College parking lots.
ELIGIBILITY: All persons holding a 2010 or 2011 United States Masters Swimming (USMS) membership card or a foreign equivalent may participate provided that a legible masters card copy and completed entry form are submitted and the liability release is signed. USMS on-line membership is available at https://www.clubassistant.com/club/USMS.cfm?i=44. A membership form can be downloaded from the membership section of the SI LMSC web site at http://www.SIMasterSwim.org.
ENTRY FEE: $20 individual entry fee (late or day-of-meet entries will NOT be accepted); $10 flat fee for "Relay Only" swimmers. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations or no shows.

DEADLINE: Mail entries must be received by Friday, November 12, 2010. Online entries close at 11:59 am (before noon) on Saturday, November 13, 2010. Pre-Meet Timeline and Psych Sheets will be e-mailed on Saturday, November 13, 2010.
RULES: USMS Rules govern the meet including the new swim suit rules. Officials are certified. Failure to act in a sportsmanlike or safe manner or to cooperate with the officials can result in disqualification from the meet. A USMS Rule Book will be available on deck.
WARM UP/WARM DOWN: NO DIVING is permitted into the pool during warm-up except into a designated “one-way” dive-only lane. Enter all other lanes feet first in a safe manner. During the meet, diving is NEVER permitted into the warm-up and warm-down lanes.
EVENTS: Swimmers may enter up to 5 individual events. Enter accurate short course meters times or estimates; do not omit an entry time or enter “no time.” All events are seeded slow to fast by entry time regardless of age or gender.
CHECK IN: Check-in is required for the 1500 & 800 m Freestyle. Check-in closes at 8:45 am for the 1500 and at the end of Event 17 for the 800. Please notify the meet director if you check in and then decide not to swim. All other events are pre-seeded.
AGE GROUPS: Individual Events: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, … in five-year increments as needed.
TIMING: Electronic Timing - Colorado Timing System 5 and two timers per lane. All clubs and participants are required to assist with backup stopwatch timing during the meet.
RELAYS: Deck entered. Relays are due before Event #17. Relay-only swimmers must submit a completed entry form with signed liability release, a USMS card copy, & $10 relay-only entry fee. All 4 swimmers on each relay must belong to the same USMS-member club. Relays must be composed of 4 women, 4 men, or 2 women & 2 men (mixed). A swimmer may swim only once per relay event. Cumulative age of relay members determines relay age group: 72-99, 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, ... in forty-year increments as needed.
