Warm up for Event #1: 10:00 AM.
Event #1 the 1000 Free begins at 11:00 AM.
Event #2 Medley Relays will not start before 1:00 PM.

Deadline: Online Entries are due by Wednesday March 20, 2024, by 11:59 PM EDT.
Eligibility: 2024 U.S. Masters Swimming rules will govern conduct of the meet. Because of insurance regulations, all swimmers MUST be registered U.S. Masters Swimmers. Limit Six (6) individual events, plus Two (2) relays. Only swimmers entered in the meet can participate in relays. Only relays from same club/workout group may score points. Un-attached swimmers MAY NOT form relays per USMS Rule 102.9.1.
Fees: On-line Registration only. There will be a flat fee of $40.00 to attend this meet for on-line entry, which includes Six (6) individual events (USMS Rule 102.6.1) and Two (2) relays for the meet. There are NO DECK ENTRIES for this meet.
Facility: The swim meet will be held in the Dome Natatorium pool. The pool is a 6-lane, 25-yard pool with NEW Competitor non-turbulent lane markers. There will be separate six lane pool available for continuous warm-up and warm down.
Pool Length Certification:The length of the competition course complies and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and Records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.
Timing System: Colorado automatic timing system ran with Hy-Tek software. The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS record and USMS Top 10 consideration.
Age Groups: The age of competitor on March 23rd, 2024, will decide your age group.
Seeding: Heats are created by entry times, slowest to fastest regardless of age or gender.
Meet Check In & Procedure:
- Only for Event #1, 1000 Free at the admin table.
- Only the first 24 entries received during the entry process will be allowed to swim the 1000.

There is a time cut off of 20 minutes for the 1000 Free. Time Verification for the 1000 and for ALL EVENTS is at discretion of meet host. The host will utilize the USMS Times Database, and if necessary will make the adjustments as necessary.

Event #2 - Medley Relays will not start before 1:00 pm.

All Events will run SLOWEST to FASTEST, regardless of age or gender.
- Entries of NT (no time) for ANY EVENT will NOT be accepted.
- This years Fun Event, #23, is the 50 I.M.! - Swim 12 1/2 yards of each stroke. This is JUST FOR FUN! Not a real event but for bragging rights. An announcement will be made after the last heat of event #22, 4 X 50 Free Relay, about declaring your intent to swim.
Awards: Rubber ducks for heat winners, Quack! Plus a hearty handshake, pat on the back with a smile and the satisfaction of a job well done. Full meet results will be sent via email to all participants, as well as posted on USMS.
