COURSE:  Ten (10) lane, 25-yard course with Omega timing. Additional Ten (10) lanes will be available for warm-up throughout competition.

ELIGIBILITY:  Meet is open to all currently registered USMS or currently registered FINA Masters recognized governing body, swimmers 18 years or older. Age to be determined as of February 19, 2023.

RULES:  2023 USMS rules will govern this meet.  Meet management reserves the right to adjust logistics in order to run an efficient meet.

BREAKS:  5-minute breaks will take place before each relay event and 5-minute break after the “Mixed” relays.  Breaks may be added by Event Referee as necessary.

ENTRY FEES:  $40 Meet Fee plus $5 per event.  Competitors may enter up to a maximum of five (5) individual events per day.  All events will be seeded Slow to Fast except for the 500 Free will be seeded Fast to Slow

ENTRY INFO:  All Entry and registration fees are nonrefundable.  ONLINE entries only.  All Entries must be received by February 14, 2023, at 11:59pm. 

DISTANCE EVENTS: 

• The 500 Free and the 1650 Free will be swum combined men & women.
• “Positive Check-in required” for the  500 Free and 1650 Free. 
• You will need to provide an individual to serve as a lap counter.
• ***Note: 1650 will be limited to 40 swimmers (4 heats) (Waitlist available)

POSITIVE CHECK-IN:  Deadlines: 500 Free: 12:00pm (noon) on Feb 18.  1650 Free: 8:30am on Feb 19.

DECK ENTRIES:  Permitted if lane available: Entry Fee $50 (if not already in meet) + $5 per event.  Paper deck entry forms will be available at the check-in desk.  BRING A COPY OF YOUR 2023 USMS REGISTRATION CARD.

AWARDS:  Age Group Women’s/Men’s High Point Awards. Participation Ribbons will be available as well as Tri-Fold cards.
                                            
RELAYS:  Relay entries will be accepted on the deck up to 60 minutes prior to the start of the relays. There is a $10.00 CHARGE for each relay entered; Payment is due with relay entry.

RESULTS:  Results will be available on SwimPhone.com, Meet Mobile, and http://www.southeastzone.org/.
