Description
The 4th Ithaca Masters long course meter swim meet will be held at Ithaca College on Saturday 8/13/16.
*There is a flat fee of $30 which includes up to 5 individual events and relays. Deck entries will NOT be accepted.
*The pool will be open for warm up from 8:30 - 9:50 am with the meet beginning at 10 am. Please check in and confirm your events when you arrive.
*There will be 10 min breaks after events 6 (100 Breast), 12 (50 fly) and 17 (200 Free Relay).
*There will a positive check-in for the 800 and it will be seeded during the break. The 800 heats will be run fastest to slowest.
*There will be a lane available for continuous warm-up during the meet except during the 800. The pool is 9 lanes 50 meters, minimum depth 8 foot.
The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and Records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.
