Registration per Swimmer $20 (allowing a maximum of 6 swims)
Registration per Relay Event $10 per team
All swimmers must register as individuals through the Club Assistant system prior to any clubs submitting relay teams.
Once swimmers have registered clubs can process their team payments through the Club Assistant payments system.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that in order to allow Meet Officials a break from activities on and around the pool deck, a formal break in the program of events may be called. When this will be, will be decided upon the day of the Meet and will depend on numbers of teams entered in each event.

CHANGES TO RELAY ENTRIES
- Changes to events 1-4 must be received no later than 5pm Thursday 22nd September. These changes are to be advised to admin@mastersswimmingvic.org.au. No changes will be made on the day of the meet.
- Changes to events 5-8 must be received by 10.30am on the day of the meet.
- Changes for all other events must be received by 12pm on the day of the meet.
Changes of relay age groups will
not be allowed after 5pm Monday 19 September
All swimmers & clubs are required to use the Club Assistant online registration system.
Clubs must appoint a Team Captain to co-ordinate their teams and to act as a point of contact with the Meet Officials.
There may be only 4 swimmers per team. Mixed Teams must be made up of 2 male and 2 female
There is no limit on the number of teams that a club may enter in any age group in any event.
All teams are eligible for awards.
i.e. A,B,C,D etc. teams are eligible for awards, not just A teams
Swimmers must ensure that their Masters Swimming registration is current to 31st December
2016.
This competition will be governed by the
Rules of Masters Swimming Australia in force on the closing date for entries. (These can be found on the Masters Swimming Australia website)
No swimmer may enter more than six (6) events. Any team that includes a swimmer who has already entered six (6) events will be disqualified. Swimmers ages will be calculated as at 31st December 2016.
Ribbons will be awarded for all places for all age groups, sexes and members in the relay events based on fastest times. Visiting interstate and International teams are eligible for awards.
A fee of $30 will be applied to any
protest other than a recording issue. This fee
must be attached to the protest form at the time of lodgment. No fee; no protest accepted.
Visiting interstate and international teams are welcome. Visitors must show a proof of registration with an equivalent body overseas or interstate.
Guest swimmers will not be allowed.
The
PROGRAM for the Meet will be computer generated from the entries submitted through the Club Assistant on-line registration process. The program will be available on the Masters Swimming Victoria website:
http://www.mastersswimmingvic.org.au approx 3 days prior to the meet. The program will also be available through Meet Mobile and SwimPhone.
