Schedule:
Warm-ups – 9:00am-9:45am
Meet – 10:00am to 4:00pm

Entry information: 

• You must be USMS registered to participate ($46 annual fee).
• One-Event membership not available for this meet.
• Meet entry fees are non-refundable.
• Pre-registration closes April 9 –events will be pre-seeded and heat sheets published in the meet program & online.
• Online entry is paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events."
• Deck entries close 30 minutes prior to Meet Start Time on each day. All deck entries will swim in separate heats.
• Maximum of 5 individual events per day.

Positive check in required for Events 22,23(1000Free) and 44,45(1650Free).

Entry fees and deadlines:

Starts & Turns Clinic + Short Course Yards State Championship Meet Combo

•   Pre-register by 3/26 (“Early Bird Combo”) $40 for clinic plus both days of competition

Short Course Yards State Championship Meet Only

One Day of Competition (Day 1 or Day 2)

• Deck enter** 4/12 or 4/13 day of event: $30 for one day of competition* ($20 relays only)
• Pre-register by 4/9: $25 for one day of competition ($15 relays only)

Both Days of Competition (Day 1 & 2)

• Deck enter** 4/12 day of event: $50 for both days of competition* ($35 relays only)
• Pre-register by 4/9: $45 for both days of competition ($25 relays only)
• Pre-register by 3/26 (“Early Bird”): $40 for both days of competition

Starts & Turns Clinic Only

•   Deck enter 3/29 day of event: $20 for clinic
•   Pre-register by 3/26: $15 for clinic

Pool Access: The pool is located in the Anderson Athletic Center at the University of St Thomas campus. Parking is available is school lots and city streets near campus.

Relays: There will be a 5 minute break before each relay event – relay entries will be accepted through the start of the break before each relay. All relays must complete a relay entry card complete with first and last name and age of each swimmer. Each card must be completed completely with club name (all 4 members must be registered with that club), circle the distance and type of relay.

Results: Will be posted at the meet and on line at www.minnesotamasters.com within one week. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Pool Info for the Clinic: The pool is located at Chippewa Middle School near Turtle Lake in Shoreview. The street address of the school is 5000 Hodgson Road, Saint Paul, MN 55126.

Clinic Schedule: 9:00am – noon

Participants will be divided into groups and rotate between stations:

•     Starts, streamline & breakout
•     Freestyle & Backstroke Turns (“flip turns”)
•     Butterfly & Breaststroke Turns (“open turns”)
•     Finishes & Relay Interchanges

Lunch will be provided after the clinic.
