TIME:                   10 am - 11:30 am.  Arrive 15 early to check-in and be ready to go at 10 am.

DESCRIPTION:   LEARN HOW TO DO BACKSTROKE MORE EFFICIENTLY, INCREASE TEMPO, AND IMPROVE YOUR UNDERWATERS. THIS CLINIC FEATURES COACH DAVID BERKOFF, TWO-TIME OLYMPIAN, WORLD RECORD HOLDER, AND TEAM SENIOR COACH. CLINIC INCLUDES UNDERWATER STROKE ANALYSIS AS WELL AS A BREAKDOWN OF DRILLS AND STROKES BY THE REST OF THE TEAM EUGENE STAFF.

ELIGIBILITY:       Open to all current 2024 USMS members as well as swimmers with a One Event registration ($20).  Members of a foreign masters governing body may also attend upon verification of current membership.  Non-USMS members may sign-up for One Event membership when they register for the Backstroke Clinc.

Cost:                    $95  

Equipment:           Swimmers should bring the same equipment they bring to their typical practices and be prepared to be in the water most of the clinic.
