Eligibility: Currently registered USMS swimmers, 18 years and older.

Dates: Saturday March 10, 2012.  Warm-ups at 8 AM; Meet Starts at 9 AM.

Location: Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center, 15707 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR.
6 lanes competition, separate area for warm-up/down

Directions to the pool: Hwy 26 west to Cornell Rd exit. Turn left and cross over Hwy 26 heading south. Turn left again at signal light and proceed south on 158th Ave. Pool on your left.

Entry Deadline: Online entries are preferred. Online entries must be completed before midnight on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Mailed entries must be POSTMARKED BY Wednesday, February 29, 2012.

Age Groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 95+.
Relay Ages: 72-99, 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, 200-239, 240-279, 280-319, & 320-359.

Entry Limit: You may enter a maximum of 5 individual events.  If you choose not to enter all 5 events in any of the 3 pentathlon distances, you will not be scored for the pentathlon.  There are three separate pentathlon distances: Sprint - 50s of each stroke and 100 IM; Mid-Distance - 100s of each stroke and 200 IM; Distance - 200s of each stroke and 400 IM.

Pentathlon Rules:  A disqualification in any one of the pentathlon events will disqualify you from the entire pentathlon event and your combined time will not be recorded.  However, you will still be allowed to swim your other individual events and your times for those events will be recorded.

All events will be seeded SLOW TO FAST.

Entry Fee: $20.00
