Location: Lees Summit R7 schools aquatic center, 3500 SW Windemere Dr. Lees Summit, MO 64082

Directions: From 71 highway, take MO 150 east to Windemere, then left to the pool. From I-470 or US50, take 291 south to MO 150, then right to Windemere, then right to the pool. The aquatics center is behind the school.

Time: Check in/deck entry 5:30-6:30, warm up when Blazer meet ends, meet starts 6:30pm

Eligibility: Applications for USMS membership will be available at check-in, but the preferred method is to register ONLINE at www.movymasters.org  or www.usms.org or during online registration. Non-MOVY swimmers please send a copy of your USMS registration with your paper entry.

Rules: 2012 USMS rules will govern the conduct of them meet. Events will be deck seeded, slowest to fastest. Entries with no times will be seeded in the slowest heats. Ages and sexes will be mixed. Note your age for this meet is your age on 12-31-2012.

Limits: Swimmers are limited to 5 events, not including relays. Please be aware that this could be a fast running meet, and if you choose to enter back-to-back events, your rest could be short. Entries in the 800 Free and 1500 Free are limited to the first 8 swimmers.

Fees: $30 entry fee; deck entries are $40. Save time, save paper and avoid errors by registering online. Online entries will be paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com Events."

Deadline: Mail in entries should be postmarked by May 5th for the $30 rate. Online registration will be open until midnight May 11th. Deck entries will be accepted for $40.
