DATE: Saturday, June 9, 2012. Deck check-in and warm up begins at 9:00 am. The 400 Meter Individual Medley will begin at 10:00 am. On-deck entries will close at 9:30 am.

ENTRY: Meet entry is $35 if postmarked by June 4, 2012. All other Entries postmarked after June 4, 2012 including deck entries will be $45. Online meet entries are $35 if completed online by midnight of June 4, 2012. Late online entries will be accepted through midnight of June 8, 2012. Online entries will be charged to your credit card by “ClubAssistant.com Events”

FACILITIES: Eight lane, 50 meter indoor pool with regulation starting blocks, electronic timing system, video scoreboard. 25 yard diving well reserved for warm up and cool down. Locker/ shower facilities.

LOCATION: The CISD Natatorium 19133 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah Texas 77385

SANCTION: Sanctioned by Gulf Master Swim Committee for USMS, Inc. Sanction # 252-S005

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all registered US Masters Swimmers, ages 18 and over as of December 31, 2012 (Note: a competitor who is 18 years old must be 18 as of June 9, 2012). All entries must include a copy of the competitor’s 2012 USMS registration card.

MEET ENTRY: A maximum of 5 individual events may be entered.

AWARDS: A firm pat on the back, generous high fives.

CONDUCT OF MEET: Event heats will be seeded by entry time only (not by sex or age), and swam slowest to fastest. USMS Long Course Rules will govern the meet.

MEET REFEREE: Claude Humbert

HOSPITALITY: Will be provided for timers and officials

SOCIAL: We are Masters at swimming, eating and drinking but more importantly making new friends. Come join us for an informal gathering (TBD)

DIRECTIONS: Interstate Highway 45 to Shenandoah, exit 77 for Research Forest Drive/Tamina Rd. Go east on Tamina Rd. to the first light, turn left (north) on David Memorial Drive and proceed approx ½ mile to the Natatorium which will be on the east side (adjacent the Stadium)
