LOCATION: The Olympic Club, 665 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94102  (downtown San Francisco)

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Parking available in garage, or at Sutter Stockton Garage

FACILITY: 

• Multi-lane, 25-meter heated indoor pool. Eight lanes will be used for competition.
• Warm up / cool down lanes will be available throughout the meet.
• The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times can be submitted for world records, USMS records, and USMS Top 10 consideration.
• The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and Records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

RULES & ELIGIBILITY:  Current USMS rules will govern the meet. All participants must be age 18 or older as of the last day of the meet and be currently registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Foreign swimmers must provide proof of current membership in their country's Masters Swimming governing body.  Entry cut-off time is 40 minutes.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:  Proof of vaccination is required for entry. Masks are required when not swimming.

ELIGIBILITY:  All USMS swimmers must have a current 2022 USMS registration card and must enter the number on their entry forms. No Deck entries will be allowed. The Olympic Club requires all participants to be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is required for entry. Masks are required when not swimming.

ONLINE ENTRIES: Online entries must be completed by 11:59 pm January 26, 2022.  No refunds will be made. Entries will be limited to 120 total swimmers on a first received basis. 

FEES:  Total entry fee is $35.00.  Online entry only.  Online entries are paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com Events. No refunds for scratched swimmers.

ONLINE ENTRY ONLY:  No mailed or deck entries.

CHECK-IN:  This is a pre-seeded meet. There will be no check-in but please let the meet director know prior to the event if you plan on scratching.

SEEDING:  Fastest to slowest with men and women seeded together.

AWARDS: 1st thru 3rd in each division.

EVENTS:  One event, 1500 Freestyle.

RESTRICTIONS:  Smoking and the use of other tobacco products is prohibited in all areas of the facility. No hats or cell phone use is allowed in the building.
