LOCATION: The Olympic Club, 665 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 (downtown San Francisco)

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Paid valet parking available in garage at 665 Sutter Street, other parking garages around Union Square, or metered street parking. We recommend public transit if possible. 

FACILITY: 

• Multi-lane, 25-meter heated indoor pool. Eight lanes will be used for competition.
• Warm up / cool down lanes will be available throughout the meet.
• The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times can be submitted for world records, USMS records, and USMS Top 10 consideration.
• The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and Records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.
• Pacific Masters requirements for records and Top 10 consideration are the same as those for USMS.

RULES & ELIGIBILITY:  Current USMS rules will govern the meet. All participants must be age 18 or older as of the last day of the meet and be currently registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Foreign swimmers must provide proof of current membership in their country's Masters Swimming governing body.  Entry cut-off time is 40 minutes.

ONLINE ENTRIES: Online entries must be completed by 11:59 pm January 23, 2024.  No refunds will be made. Entries will be limited and on a first received basis.  Enter at:

Total entry fee is $40.00.  Online entry only.  Online entries are paid by credit card to ClubAssistant.com Events.

ONLINE ENTRY ONLY:  No mailed or deck entry.

CHECK-IN:  This is a pre-seeded meet. There will be no check-in but please let the meet director know prior to the event if you plan on scratching.

SEEDING:  Fastest to slowest with men and women seeded together.

AWARDS: 1st thru 3rd in each division.

EVENTS:  One event, 1500 Freestyle.

RESTRICTIONS:  Smoking and the use of other tobacco products is prohibited in all areas of the facility. No hats or talking on cell phone allowed in the building.  Must be entered into the meet or on the guest list to attend.  If you have guests that you would like to attend, please send their name to bsavulich@olyclub.com.  Guest access may be limited.
