Warmups:  9:30am
Athlete Meeting: 10:15 AM
Meet Starts:  10:30am

Facility: The meet will be held in the indoor competition Sanford Health pool at the Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S. Western Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57105, 605-367-7665.The length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1, but as a bulkhead course, is subject to length confirmation. Eligibility of times for USMS Top 10 and records will be contingent on verification of bulkhead placement.

Timing System: The primary timing system will be fully automatic. Times may be submitted for USMS records and Top 10 consideration. 

Rules: United States Masters Swimming rules will govern. The meet referee will be in charge of the meet. Any questions regarding the conduct of the meet should be directed to that person. All events are timed finals. Swimmers are limited to a total of 5 individual events, not including relays. Age on September 23, 2023, determines the age group for the meet. You must be at least 18 years of age on September 23rd to compete. 

Deck Changes: Deck Changes will not be permitted. 

Eligibility: Open to all currently-registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Non-members may participate by purchasing a USMS One-Event membership for $20, available during the registration process.

Entries: On-line entry fee is $30.00, deadline is Tuesday, September 19th, 2023, at 11:59 PM. No deck entries. Please note that this meet will move quickly. Also, please note that if you sign up for consecutive events, you may have little or no rest between the races.

Disability Swimmers: Disability swimmers are welcome. Please notify the meet director and meet referee, prior to the competition, of any disability and of the requested modification. The swimmer/coach shall provide any assistant(s) or equipment if required. 

Seeding: All events will be seeded slowest to fastest, by entered time, ages and sexes combined. 

Relays: All relays will be deck entered on relay forms available at the meet. Only swimmers registered for the meet may swim on relays.

A swimmer may swim only ONE 200yd Medley Relay (Events #6, #7, #8) and ONE 200yd Free Relay (Events #15, #16, #17). 

Awards: No awards will be given.

Snack Bar: Hot and cold drinks, snacks, and food will be available for purchase. Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed in the facility.
