Schedule:
6:45 am: Door Opens
7:00 am: Warm-up Begins
7:30 am: 400 IM begins
8:30 am: Event #2 starts no sooner than 8:30 am -- with 20 Minute Warm-up
Entry Limit: 5 individual events plus 2 team relays. (RELAYS ORGANIZED AND REGISTERED BY TEAMS ON DECK ON THE MORNING OF THE MEET!) Each relay will be swum as combined events (4, 104, 204 and 8, 108, 208). Each athlete may participate in no more than ONE 200 Free Relay swim and ONE 200 Medley Relay swim. (That is, an athlete may swim either a Mixed or a single-gender event for each type of relay but not both.) The 400 IM is limited to the first 30 online entries and will be swum as seeded, no waiting list and no deck entries.
Relays: All relays will be men’s, women’s or exactly 2 men 2 women
Fees: $50 per swimmer, including relay-only swimmers- up to 5 individual events and 2 relays included. Your credit card will be charged by “Evanston Masters” for this swim meet.

Check-in: There will be no meet check in. USMS membership confirmed through online registration.
Seeding: All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest regardless of age or gender and based on all valid entries as of the registration deadline. The 400 IM will be swum as seeded – no waiting list.
Awards: Trophies for top three scoring teams. Ribbons for individuals in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place by age group.
Location: Evanston Township High School, 1600 Dodge Ave, Evanston, IL
Park in the rear parking lot off Church St, just west of the building. Do not park on Dodge Ave in front of the pool. Enter the building at Door 3. There is a hallway that leads straight through the building to the pool. Map of this route: http://evmasters.clubexpress.com/docs.ashx?id=566020
Facility: The main facility is a 25 yard, 6 lane competition pool with flow-through gutters and an electronic timing system. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2. This means that it is eligible for top 10 recognition. Throughout the meet, there is a separate, three-lane, 20-yard pool available for warm-up/warm-down. “Circle Swimming” will be observed in the three warm-up/warm-down lanes. There is ample seating for swimmers in the stands surrounding the pool.
Timing: Official times set at this meet will be eligible for ILMSA Records, USMS Top Ten, USMS National Records, and FINA World Records, except times recorded only using manual backup timing are ineligible for FINA World Records.
Safety Requirements: All applicable federal, state, local, and facility orders related to COVID-19 at the time of the meet will be followed.
