6:30 am: Door Opens/Start of Deck Entries
7:00 am: Warm-up Begins/Close of Deck Entries
8:15 am: Competition Begins

Entry Limit:
5 events plus relays

Fees:
Pre-meet registration: $5.00 per individual event
Deck entries: $7.00 per individual event
Relays: $5.00 per relay

Registration Options:
 - Register Online on Club Assistant.  Credit cards are charged by "ClubAssistant.com Events".
          Deadline: 11:00 pm on Thursday, 12/5/2013
 - Register by Mail
          Use the ILMSA Consolidated Entry Card, which can be found at WWW.ILMSA.COM.
          Make check payable to: Evanston Masters.
          Send entries and fees to:

          Deadline for mailed entries and fees is no later than Monday, December 1st.
 - Register on Deck
          Deck entries will be accepted the morning of the meet between 6:30 am and 7:00 am.
          Deck entries will fill up the open heats, or, if necessary, make up added heats.

Eligibility:
Must be over 18 years of age and have proof of a current USMS 2013 or 2014 membership. In accordance with USMS rules, current USMS membership information is required for online meet entry or mail entries (a photocopy of the USMS card to be sent with mailed entries). On the morning of the meet, check-in for all swimmers will require proof of USMS membership.

Check-in:
Everyone, even if pre-registered, needs to check in to verify entry information and USMS membership.

Seeding:
All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest regardless of age or gender.

Awards:
Trophies will be given to the top three scoring teams. Ribbons will be given for individuals in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Location:
Evanston Township High School, 1600 Dodge Ave, Evanston, IL
Take I-294 or I-94 and exit at Dempster St. East. Travel east on Dempster to Dodge Ave. Turn left (north) on Dodge and continue for 2 blocks. ETHS is on the west side of the street; the pool entrance is at the north end of the building. There is ample street parking or in either of the two lots on the east side of Dodge Ave.

Facility:
The main facility is a 25 yard, 6 land competition pool with flow-through gutters and an electronic timing system. This fast pool is frequent host to IHSA state championship meets. The facility has been measured in all competition lanes as required by rules for Top Ten and records recognition. Throughout the meet, there is a separate 20-yard pool available for warm-up/warm-down and plenty of spectator seating in the balcony.
