Location: Oregon City Municipal Swimming Pool, 1211 Jackson Street, Oregon City, OR 97045
                                            
Eligibility: USMS or registered in a foreign swimming federation. NO ON-DECK REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED. For U.S. Masters Swimmers, the swimmer’s age as of December 31, 2023, shall be their age for the meet.

Pool Length Compliance: The competition course has been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4). USMS Pool Measurement: The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Timing System: The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times from this competition will be eligible for world record, USMS record, and Top 10 consideration.

Entry Deadline: USMS entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. Tuesday, March 7, 2023

Meet Entry Fees: $45.00 Online entries are paid by credit card to “ClubAssistant.com Events.”

Age groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc. up to 100+. Relay age groups: 72-99,100-119, 120-159, 160-199, etc. 

Entry Limit: You may enter a maximum of 5 individual events, plus relays. Enter relays at the meet. For each relay event, relay teams may swim distances of 200m and 400m.

Check-in Deadlines: The 400 IM and 400 free will be deck-seeded and positive check-in will be required. Check-in for these events and for the relays will close 30 minutes before these events are to be swum and will be announced at the meet. All events will be seeded SLOW TO FAST. 

Breaks: There will be a short break after each set of relays 

Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to 1st-3rd Place. 

Facility: Indoor, 25 meters, with 6 lanes 2.5m per lane.  Starting blocks at the deep end of the pool only (12ft), shallow end is (3.5ft, parking is available, seating for 200 spectators and a community room adjacent to the pool for another 150 people.  Men’s and Women’s locker rooms will be available. Open pool deck areas available for swimmers, coaches and officials only.  Facility is accessible for adaptive swimmers. 

FINIS Backstroke Wedges will be available during warm-ups and during competition for all Backstroke events.

Restrictions: Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not allowed in the facility. Shaving is not permitted in the facility. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.  Deck changing is prohibited. Photography is not allowed behind the blocks during the start of a race. Operations of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pool, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open-ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.

Rules: Current US Masters Swimming and Oregon Masters Swimming rules will govern this meet.

Safety Code: Current Oregon Masters Swimming Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect.

Meetings: Officials' meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of the meet.
