Date: Sunday, November 16

Facility: Cornerstone Aquatics Center, 55 Buena Vista Road, West Hartford CT 06107. Phone: (860)521-3242. www.swimcornerstone.com. Cornerstone Aquatics Center features a 25-yard, 11 lane competition pool. The meet will be run as a 25-yard 7-lane meet with three lanes for continuous warm-up/warm-down. Please note: the length of the competition course is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Warmup: Feet first entry into the pool in a cautious and controlled manner during warm-up. Diving permitted only in one-way sprint lane(s) at the discretion of the meet referee.

Eligibility: Open to all USMS-registered swimmers age 18 and older. Age determining date for this meet is December 31, 2014.

Schedule: Warm-up 8:00AM, meet start 9:00AM. Pool must be cleared by 1PM. Deck entries will not be accepted.

Seeding: Events will be run in heats, slowest to fastest, regardless of age or sex.

Relay Entries: Women's relays must consist of four women. Men's relays must consist of four men. Mixed relays may be made up of two women & two men or three women & one man. Mixed relays going for a USMS record must be two women & two men.

Record Times: A swimmer who intends to post a USMS National Record or FINA World Record during the meet should bring it to the attention of the Meet official PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Awards: No awards will be provided.

Online Entry: Entries close midnight on November 10, 2014.

Entry Fees: Base entry fee is $15.00 and $5.00 for each individual event. Swimmers registering for three or more events qualify for one additional "bonus" event at no additional charge (time permitting).  Online entries are paid by credit card to "ClubAssistant.com".

Mailed entries must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by Monday, November 10, 2014.  No telephone or fax entries will be accepted. Include all contact information so that we can reach you to resolve any discrepancies. Include meet entry fee payment, executed entry form, and a legible copy of your current 2014 USMS registration card.

Directions: From Route 84: Take the Park Road exit, turning left at the end of the ramp onto Park Road. When Park crosses Main Street (about ¼ of a mile), its name changes to Sedgwick. Follow Sedgwick about 1.1 miles until it curves sharply to the right. Take a left on Buena Vista. Cornerstone is 0.1 mile on the left.
From Farmington Ave.: Turn south onto Mountain Road. After the first traffic light, take the next right onto Buena Vista. Cornerstone is 0.1 mile on the left.
