Liability:                          
In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that U.S. Masters Swimming, the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona, BEST Swim Club Inc. Phoenix Swim Club, Phoenix Country Day School, and all meet officials shall be held harmless from any and all liabilities or claims for damages by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet, which includes all warm-up sessions.

Sanction:                        
Held under the sanction of U.S. Masters Swimming and the Local Masters Swim Committee of Arizona

Location:                        
Phoenix Country Day Aquatic Center, 3901 E. Stanford Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 (2 blocks north of Camelback Road on 40th Street).

Course:                            
Ten lane, outdoor, 25 yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines, Colorado timing system, several lanes in a separate 25 yard warm-up pool will be available throughout the meet.
                                            
Eligibility:                       
Any swimmer with a valid 2016 USMS registration or a valid travel permit from another country is eligible. Each swimmer must submit a copy of their 2016 USMS registration card or travel permit with their entry.

Rules:                                         

1. 2016 USMS rules apply.
2. All events are timed final.
3. Swimmers are limited to a total of 8 individual events for the entire meet and no more than 5 per day not including relays.
4. Age on April 3rd, 2016 determines the age group of the swimmer for the entire meet.
5. All events, except the 1650 free & 1000 free, will be pre-seeded. Only the first 24 swimmers (mixed) registered for the 1650 free will get to swim. Only the first 24 swimmers (mixed) registered for the 1000 free will get to swim.
6. The 1650 will be seeded fastest to slowest based on entry times.  All other events will be seeded slowest to fastest.
7. Positive check-in is required for the 1650 free and 1000 free events.  Check in for the 1650 free and 1000 free will close at the start of the session each day.

Entries and fees:         
Entries must be received by Friday, March 25th, 2016. Late entries will not be accepted.  There is a flat $50 fee for the meet IF YOU ENTER ONLINE and $55 for mailed in entries. Fees include a meet t-shirt. 

Scoring & Awards:      
Male and female high point awards for each age group will be awarded.  Overall team awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Individual points will be awarded as follows: 20,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,9,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and doubled for relays.  

Vendors:                         
Ski Pro will be onsite for your swim equipment needs.

Masters’ Social:            
Following the meet on Saturday evening, there will be a non-hosted social at Wally’s Pub & Grill, 5029 N. 44th St., Phoenix, AZ 85018 (on the corner of Camelback Road & 44th Street)
