Location: Bentonville Community Center, 1101 SW Citizens Cir, Bentonville, Ar, 72713

Facility: 8 lane, 25 yd x 25 yd. competition pool.

Time:  Check-in begins at 8:30am. Warmups will run from 9:00-10:00am.  Meet starts at 10:00am

Meet Conduct: Current USMS rules will govern the conduct of the meet.

Eligibility: The meet is open to anyone 18 and older.  If you are not currently a USMS member, we encourage you to register online.  The annual calendar fee (Jan1-Dec. 31) is $70.  Another option is the USMS fee for one-event registrations, which is $20. Please keep in mind that one-event registratants are not eligible for Event Rankings, Top 10, USMS records, Arkansas Masters records, or other honors (either individual or relay) achieved in the meet.  

Entry Fee:
$30 entry fee for all current USMS members
$50 entry fee for non-USMS members ($30 for meet, and $20 for one-event fee as described above)

Your credit card will be charged by ‘ARK MASTERS SWIMMING’ for this swim meet.

Deadline: Entries are due no later than midnight Wednesday March 8th, 2023 CST

Event Seeding: We will try to seed events according to pre-entered seed times for each swimmer, regardless of age or gender. In the event of multiple heats, the slower heats will be swim first.  All no-time (NT) entries shall be placed in the slower heats. Swimmers may enter up to 6 events.  We will take a 5 min. break between events 5 & 6 and 10 & 11.

Please note that the following events will be closed after they reach their maximum number of entries:
500 Free:  maximum of 18 swimmers
1000 Free:  maximum of 8 swimmers

Warm up starts at 9:00am, with a meet start time of 10:00am.  Entry into the pool must be feet first in a cautious manner.  Diving shall be permitted only in the designated sprint lanes during the meet warm-up. 

This meet  is sanctioned by Arkansas Masters for USMS Inc.  The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1.

Timing system:  The primary timing system will a Colorado Timing System electronic touch pads with a manual timing system with 2 watches for back-up. The official times from this meet may be submitted for Arkansas state records and USMS Top 10, but cannot be submitted for world records or USMS records.
