Sanction by Southern Pacific Masters Swimming for USMS, Inc.  

Facility: Northview High School pool is an outdoor, 25-yard competition pool, located at 1016 West Cypress Street, Covina, CA 91722.  8 competition lanes with additional warm-up lanes.  The length of the competition course is not on file with USMS yet, but is expected to be prior to the meet.

Directions: Northview High School is located on the NW corner at the intersection of Azusa Avenue and Cypress Street, in Covina, CA, which is between the 210 freeway and 10 freeway. From the 210 freeway, take the Azusa Avenue exit south to Cypress Street. From the 10 freeway, take the Azusa Avenue exit north to Cypress Street.  

Rules: United States Masters Swimming rules will govern. Current SPMS meet procedures will be enforced and take precedent over any errors or omissions on this form. The meet referee will be in charge of the meet. Any questions regarding the conduct of the meet should be directed to that person. All events are timed final. Swimmers are limited to a total of 5 individual events, not including relays. Age on February 23, 2020 determines age group for the meet. You must be at least 18 to compete. 

Entries:  The pre-entry postmark deadline is Wednesday, February 19th, 2020. Deck registration is permitted. Deck entries will close at 7:45 AM.  All Entries include a free T-shirt.

Entry Fees: Online entries are preferred. $35.00 per swimmer flat fee. Deck entries allowed for a total of $40.00.

**THIS SWIM MEET IS A FUNDRAISER FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL - ALL NET PROCEEDS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO VIKINGS SWIMMING 

Seeding: All events will be deck seeded slowest to fastest, by entered time, ages and sexes combined. Check-in is not required in order to be deck seeded, except swimmers must check in to swim the 40IM, 500 Freestyle and 1000 Freestyle.  

Relays: All relays will be deck entered on SPMS relay forms, available at the meet. Relay are $5.00 per relay due upon entry. For each relay swimmer who is not entered in individual events, a fee of $15.00 and a signed liability release must be submitted prior to the first event. Swimmers may only swim one relay per event (may not swim the female + the mixed relay nor the male + the mixed relay). Once relays cards have been issued, no changes in age group are allowed.  

Awards: Individual CTSM ribbons for places 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Relay: CTSM ribbons for 1st

Checks payable to: CTSM - Mail consolidated entry card, a copy of your 2020 USMS card, and check to: CTSM, 4963 Huntswood Place, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737.  NOTE: Receipts will be available for pick-up at the swim meet.
