• 9-lane, 25 yard pool measuring 7-feet at the starting end and 12-feet at the turn end
• All 9 lanes will be open for warmup.
• The meet will be contested in 6 lanes, lane 7 will be closed, and lanes 8 and 9 will remain open for continuous warmup/cool down.
• Electronic timing and a 10-lane scoreboard.
• Registered athletes will be seated on the pool deck. (Bleachers and chairs will be set up; please do not bring personal chairs.)
• Athletes will have access to the competition pool locker rooms.
• Seating for up to 360 spectators will be available in the spectator gallery, which is within the competition pool room, but raised above the deck level.
• Spectators will have access to restrooms in the facility lobby.
• Parking is free and on-site.
• The facility also has gyms, fitness equipment, and a warm-water leisure pool. These areas are not open to meet participants or spectators without a Derry Township or the purchase of a day pass, which is available at the front desk.

ELIGIBILITY:

• This meet is open to all 2024 USMS-registered athletes. If you are not an active member, you may join at USMS.org/join.
• USMS Membership is verified upon online sign-up via Club Assistant.
• A swimmer’s age for this meet will be determined by their age on the date of competition.

RULES:

• This meet will be held in a short course yards (25-yard) pool and governed by 2023 USMS rules.
• Events will be deck-seeded slowest to fastest, independent of age or gender. All events will be timed final events (102.10.1). Please report scratches by 9:15 a.m.
• The length of the competition course is on file with USMS and complies with USMS articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1.Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS records and USMS Top-10 consideration in accordance with USMS Rule 103.18.5 as an automatic primary timing system will be used with two buttons and two watches will be used for each lane.

ENTRIES FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENTS:

• A flat fee of $30 covers meet entry and all individual events.
• Swimmers are limited to six (6) total events, with a limit of five (5) individual events and four (4) relay events
• Event fees are collected and processed via ClubAssistant.com upon registration and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Entries must be submitted using the Club Assistant online entry form, no deck entries.
• You must provide an official time or estimate your entry time for all events to allow for proper seeding.
• 500 free is limited to 3 heats (18 entries) & the 400 IM is limited to 2 heats (12 entries)
• Online registration deadline is Wednesday, April 3, 2024,11:59PM.

ENTRIES FOR RELAY EVENTS:

• There are four (4) deck-entered relay events. Two (2) relay events will combine men’s and women’s events, and two (2) will be for mixed (2 men and 2 women) relay teams.
• Relay-only participants must be pre-registered and have paid entry for the meet.
• Relay cards will be available at swimmer check-in. Please turn them in to the Meet Management room by the start of the meet.
• Relay cards must include swimmers’ names and ages in the correct relay order as well as the team represented.
• Only USMS members registered with the same USMS team may compete in relays (no unattached relays).

GENDER AND AGE GROUPS:

• Individual Events: Male and Female, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, etc., in 5-year increments.
• Relay Events: Male, Female and Mixed, 18+, 25+, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+, etc. in 10-year increments. The age of the youngest relay team member shall determine the age group. Relay teams must swim in the youngest age group for which they are eligible. Example, if your team has swimmers aged 25, 35, 45 and 55 you must enter the 25+ age group. Please designate A, B, C, etc., if your team enters more than one team in an event.

• A 50-minute general warmup will begin at 9:00 a.m., utilizing all 9 lanes.
• Starts will be permitted ONLY after the general warmup, from 9:40-9:50 a.m., when all 9 lanes will be designated 1-way sprint lanes.
• The meet will be contested in lanes 1-6. Lane 7 will be closed. Lanes 8 and 9 will remain open for continuous warmup/cool down.
• Additional 10- to 15-minute warm-up sessions may be added during competition at the discretion of the meet director to manage the pace of the meet.

RESULTS:

• Results are posted on the USMS Website http://www.dvmasters.org under results tab usually within 2 weeks following the meet.
• A PDF of electronic results will also be e-mailed to all participants.
• Meet info will be available via SwimPhone, MeetMobile, and posted to USMS.org.
• Separate results will be reported by gender and age group.
