CrossFit Swim Course
8-week swim course for Crossfit athletes looking to improve their swimming for competition and overall fitness.
The first 4-weeks will focus on swimming technique and endurance improvement.
The second 4-weeks will begin to incorporate basic Crossfit movements with swim training.
